Our picnic is designed to turn a simple moment in the open air into a special experience. Perfect for a romantic evening or to round off a day out with the family, the picnic includes three traditional Tuscan cold dishes, a dessert, fresh fruit, wine and water. An authentic and relaxed experience, to be enjoyed whilst immersed in nature and the tranquillity of the Sienese countryside.

The countryside surrounding Casa di Campagna is perfect for exploring by bike, with its dirt tracks, vineyards and breathtaking views. Guests can use the mountain bikes available on site or hire e-bikes from one of our local suppliers to enjoy the experience in greater comfort. Both options can be combined with guided tours, which are ideal for exploring the area without having to worry about the route.

Whether you’re a casual cycling enthusiast or an experienced cycle tourist, you’ll find routes to suit every level, set against the authentic beauty of Tuscany.

Discovering the great wines of Tuscany

The hills surrounding Casa di Campagna are home to some of the world’s most famous wineries. We organise wine tours designed to help you discover the Chianti Senese and Montalcino regions, taking in scenic vineyards, wine tastings and centuries-old winemaking traditions. We can help you organise a wine tasting or even a full tour to visit selected wineries, meet local producers and taste some of Tuscany’s most iconic wines.

And when the weather calls for a slower pace, board games and cards are always available at reception, so you can enjoy simple, convivial evenings in true Casa di Campagna style.

Aperitifs at Casa di Campagna are the perfect time to relax in the garden as the sun goes down. You can sip a glass of fine local wine and soak up the atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside as the day gives way to evening. In the cooler months, the same cosy atmosphere can be found in our lounge with its open fire, perfect for unwinding in the warmth. The offering includes a selection of local wines paired with traditional tastings of cured meats, cheeses and authentic bruschetta. A simple experience, perfect for rounding off the day surrounded by nature.

Special holidays for your four-legged friends too

At Casa di Campagna, pets are always welcome. For this reason, we have created a dedicated area for dogs, designed to let them run, play, and have fun in total freedom and safety. The space also includes a small amateur agility area, ideal for keeping them active and enjoying moments of recreation immersed in nature. For us, being pet-friendly means making the whole family feel on holiday, with no one excluded.
